Brampton Sunnatul Islamic Association building has been established in Brampton since 1997. It has been purchased by the muslims in the year 2005. Its area is 16,750 Sq.Ft on a 1.2 acre Lot.
Ever since its purchase there has been many enhancements in the masjid:
- Updated Prayer area (namaaz carpet)
-Wudu Areas for both men and women (BSIA is currently working on this project)
- Rent hall for events (such as Aqeeqas, katham-e-quran, etc.)
- Sports Activities
-Qur’an Classes/ Hifz for children, Arabic classes for Children/ Adults
-Social & Welfare Service:
-Food Bank: All proceeds go to Muslim Welfare Society, Mississauga and to The Salvation Army for abused women, Brampton
-Breakfast for Homeless in Brampton every second Tuesday of every month (to donate for this cause contact Sister Francheska, Ph# (905) 840-0630
-Imam available for counseling: Sun-Fri after 12pm
